The first customers at the 770 Hellertown Road location can enjoy free coffee all day to celebrate the grand opening, a spokesperson said.
Limited-edition "Wawa Coffee, Hoagies & Kindness" T-shirts will also be on hand for the first 100 customers.
As well, Bethlehem police officers and firefighters will face off in Wawa's signature "Hoagies for Heroes" competition, where first responders compete to build the most hoagies in a three-minute lightning round. At the end, Wawa will present each department with a $1,000 check to a charity of their choice, the company said.
According to management, the new store will hire some 50 employees.
Doors open at 8 a.m., with a countdown beginning at 7:45 a.m., they added.
